We recently had our cast iron pipes replaced, and after dealing with insurance (State Farm) refusing to cover anything, we met with several plumbing companies to figure out our options. Custom Plumbing of AZ was by far the best fit. While other companies pitched solutions that were completely over the top - one even required a special permit from the City of Scottsdale that alone cost over $1,000 plus a pickup fee and a month-long approval wait - Custom Plumbing worked directly with me to find the most cost-effective solution without sacrificing an ounce of quality. I told every company that insurance wouldn't be helping, but Custom Plumbing was the only one that truly took that into consideration instead of inflating the scope unnecessarily. They advocated for us at every step. They were transparent about the project, materials, pricing, and - most importantly - why the recommended plan was the best option. And their quote came in around $15,000 cheaper than the others!!! The value was incredible, but honestly the people were even better. Every single person I interacted with was personable, friendly, and genuinely cared. Even the way the team interacted with myself and each other felt like family. (Not joking - during our scope review we ended up swapping childhood stories and showing pictures of our parents. It was that comfortable.) Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. From day one through the final walkthrough, I always knew what to expect. A few special shout-outs: Jesse - He went above and beyond. He even offered to come out for a second visit before we signed anything to help lower the cost from the initial estimate because he knew insurance wouldn't be helping. That's not something most companies would ever do. He walked me through the entire scope, start to finish, and was truly a joy to work with. Christian - The first person to come out and assess our situation, and my point of contact throughout the project. He takes his job very seriously, was extremely respectful, and made sure everything stayed on track. Alfredo & Miguel - Them and their crew were onsite every day. They reached out at the end of each day so we knew when the house was locked up. When we had to get asbestos abatement - which would have pushed the project back - they advocated for us and worked with their project manager to find a solution that kept everyone safe and everything on schedule. Vince & Vannessa - The admin heroes who provided estimates, paperwork, and financing options with lightning-fast turnaround times. Their help made the whole process so much smoother. I cannot recommend Custom Plumbing of AZ enough. If you're looking for a company that provides tailored solutions within your budget, communicates clearly, advocates for you, and treats you like family - look no further than Custom Plumbing. They truly exceeded every expectation.
