Jessie Green came to my house on a Sunday to help me with a leak in my old copper pipes in front of my house in PHX. I like to try and be as handy as possible but have never really worked with copper before. I told him that, and he let me sit there with him while he did the repair, narrated and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and answered all of my questions honestly. Ignasio was fantastic and HE FOUND THE LEAK! Saved me hundreds of dollars. He was attentive and went room by room regardless of being hot and tired from a long day. His determination and willingness to give 110% for the last call was greatly appreciated. He was thorough and explained his process until the very end. I cannot recommend him enough for service.
