I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way. What impressed me most was how meticulous and thorough he was. He carefully explained the problem, took photos, and walked me through everything so I fully understood what was happening. Even though he was covered in mud from digging all day, he remained incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. After a full day of hard work, Mark even returned the next day to check his work and he fixed a small pinhole leak on the meter to make absolutely sure the job was completely finished. That level of follow-through and integrity is rare. Throughout the process, Mark was always responsive to my calls and texts and kept me updated.
